What this site is, and what it is not.

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover a delivery engagement — that is governed by a separate signed agreement between your organisation and FIDEVO/AI.

Scope

These terms apply to the HTML 2 ASPX website at ai.fidevo.app, operated by FIDEVO/AI. They do not create a contract for services. Any engagement — scoping, build, operation of a capability on your Microsoft 365 tenant — is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Information only

The site is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver on any timeline.

The tiers, levels and delivery timings described on this site state the intended model. They are not a guarantee of scope, price or outcome for your organisation.

Provided as-is

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free of error, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Intellectual property

The HTML 2 ASPX name, the FIDEVO and FIDEVO/AI names and marks, the AI GUARDIAN name, the site design, the copy and the mark are owned by FIDEVO/AI or its group. You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site or present its content as your own.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without contacting us first, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use the email address published here to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FIDEVO/AI is not liable for any loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of this site, including business, profit, data or reputational loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where the site links to a third party, we do not control that party's content, terms or handling of your data, and we accept no responsibility for it.

Governing law and notices

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of București have jurisdiction. Notices may be sent to hello@fidevo.eu or to the registered office stated at the bottom of every page.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may revise this page; the date above is the version in force.
