Two things in one place: how AI was used to build and review this site, and the rules that govern a HTML 2 ASPX capability once it runs on your tenant.

AI transparency

This site was designed and built with AI. It is operated in line with the EU AI Act transparency obligations for AI-generated content, and is reviewed with AI GUARDIAN, a FIDEVO/AI product.

What that means in practice

The copy, layout and code of this site were produced with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publication. No text on this page is presented as a human-authored claim it is not, and no customer, metric or testimonial has been invented to fill space.

Governance of a capability

Every HTML 2 ASPX capability is registered before it runs. The record names its scope, its autonomy level, a human owner and a steward, and it is scored before the capability is promoted.

Autonomy is earned, never assumed. A capability starts at the lowest level that can do the job and moves up only on evidence from a review cycle.

Human accountability

A named human owner is accountable for every capability. AI does not own a capability, approve its own promotion, or widen its own scope. Your tenant administrator keeps control of permissions and can withdraw them at any time.

Acceptable use of a capability

A HTML 2 ASPX capability must not be the sole decision-maker on matters affecting a person's employment, credit, health, safety, legal standing or access to essential services. Those decisions stay with a human.

Output is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and must not be presented to anyone as if it were.

Data boundaries

A capability operates inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, under your users' existing permissions. It sees what its registered scope allows and nothing beyond it. Where a capability calls an external model, that call and its purpose are stated in the record before the capability is approved.

What we do not claim

We do not claim an independent audit, an ISO or SOC certification, or regulatory approval of any kind. Where this site refers to the EU AI Act, it refers to transparency obligations we hold ourselves to — not to a third-party assessment of compliance.
