That is the whole notice, and the rest of this page explains why it is true. The only personal data we ever get from this site is the email you decide to send us.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form element on this site, no account, no login, no database, no analytics product, no advertising or tracking pixel, and no session or local storage. We do not build a profile of you and we have nothing to sell or share, because nothing is captured.

If you email us

The outbound actions here are a mailto link and a PDF download of our AI transparency statement, served from our own hosting with no tracking attached. If you use the mailto link, your email address and the content of your message reach us in our mailbox. We use them for one purpose: to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and where relevant, steps taken prior to entering a contract. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that conversation and for our record-keeping obligations, then delete it.

Hosting and server logs

The page is served as static files by our hosting provider. To deliver a page, a host necessarily processes standard request data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser user agent. We do not use that data to identify you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not receive a report built from it.

Third parties

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to that domain and Google receives that request as its own controller. Beyond hosting and fonts, no third party is embedded in this page. See the cookie notice for the detail.

Transfers

Our hosting and font delivery use global networks, so a request may be served from outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it relies on the providers' own transfer safeguards. No content you send us is transferred by us outside our mailbox provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. There is one way to exercise any of these: email hello@fidevo.eu.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live.

Children

This site is addressed to organisations, not to children, and it is not designed to attract or collect data from them.

If this ever changes — if we add a form, a login or any measurement — this page changes first, before the feature ships.
